Built for a large enterprise client to manage loyalty programs end-to-end. Clients could define program flows, configure web pages through the admin, manage support tickets via Zendesk, and handle project tracking — all in one portal.

I served as Module Lead on the front-end team, building reusable Angular 9 modules and components. Used NgRx for state management and Angular HTTP client for API integration.
